Utilizing footage from various police pursuit features and traffic cameras, this mockumentary's sardonic host (Richard Belzer) demonstrates how automobiles and other evil steel monsters can capture and confine their unsuspecting and allegedly powerless operators while causing tremendous mayhem on our streets and highways.
