This time Wheeler's undercover as a cop, Cruz and Kee as drug dealers, and Morrisey and Larson as a couple of drug running bikers. Who's the target of such a wide sting? The LAPD Narcotics Unit. With three detectives, a LT., and a Capt. stealing from drug dealers, keeping the money, and selling the dope Wheeler has got himself in deep.
