Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins his friends at the dentist's to learn how to keep teeth healthy. With their help, Ziggy discovers that a particular type of brush is neeed to brush your teeth, that sports candy is better for teeth than lollipops, and that brushing teeth with toothpaste can create a lot of foam. Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he introduces his exercise of the day, toothbrush tricks. Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody present the headlines in LazyTown news. Stephanie and her friends demonstrate new dance steps, but Stingy changes the words to the song in order to save time. Sportacus accepts a new challenge from Pixel to travel from LazyTown to his airship in under ten seconds.
