On the day the new Chief of Staff arrived at Kitamachi Station, the officers here prepared to welcome him. At that time, a bus was hit by a man with a knife and robbed the passengers in the car. Newcomer Aikawa Minori was kicked out by a passenger when he tried to board the bus. She followed the bus by taxi, but the bus headed straight towards Kitamachi.
